A new offer to distribute your catalogs and receive EDI orders…
The « Offre Découverte » offer has definitively replaced the « Offres Liberté/Liberté+ » offers.
This offer enables you to create, store and distribute your EDI catalogs via the Eyes-Road EEIG platform.
It also enables you to receive orders from opticians and contact centers.
Who’s it for?
If you’re a contact lens laboratory, eyewear manufacturer or glassmaker, this offer is for you.
It will enable you to discover electronic data exchange in a simple way, through the main services developed and offered by the Eyes-Road EEIG, and at the same time become an Eyes-Road customer.
What can I do ?
With this offer, you’ll be able to exchange the main files linked to a traditional logistics chain, namely,
- catalogs
- orders,
- delivery notices.
How does it work ?
Each file received on our platforms is translated and made available in a format standardized by Normeyes (OPTOv11, OPTOv33, OPTOv34 or OPTOv35), a standard format (OptimEyes or OptimEyes-Road) or in any other proprietary format (fixed lengths, CSV, XML, etc.).
Our technical platforms are accessible via proven, secure exchange protocols (HTTPS, SFTP, FTP over SSL, web services). They are hosted in France, by Easyteam (Constellation Group), and meet, in part, the HDS certification required by ASIP Santé.
On our platforms, we guarantee a response time of four hours, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., 5 days a week.
How much does it cost ?
The Discovery Offer is subject to an annual subscription fee, and is free for a trial period of 6 months for up to 4 catalogs, 600 electronic orders and 600 delivery notes.
At the end of this period, the offer becomes chargeable on the basis of a :
- An annual subscription, payable in one go, at a price of €1,000 excluding VAT, to qualify for the preferential pricing specified below.
- Invoicing of flows on a statement basis:
- Unit cost of translation and/or catalog distribution: €100 excl.
- Single order: €0.25 excl.
- Unit sales information: €0.25 excl.
- Delivery notice: €0.05 excl.
However, a less attractive non-subscription option is also available, based on the following rates:
- Unit cost of translation and/or catalog distribution: €150 excl.
- Single order: €0.50 excl.
- Individual sales information: €0.50 excl.
- Delivery notice: €0.10 excl.
This offer includes free access to Eyes-Road support by e-mail only, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
