France Optics, "Eyes-Road Satisfaction Survey"

Satisfaction survey conducted in December 2016. The panel, all members of the group; a person from the General Management and / or Commercial and a Computer Service person.
For nearly two-thirds of the people questioned, Eyes-Road is an EEIG at the service of the entire optics profession but remains perceived by the fifth as a trading company.
- The positioning of the price of the Eyes-Road service is considered satisfactory for more than three quarters of those surveyed
- 87% of respondents are satisfied or very satisfied with the commercial reactivity of Eyes-Road.
- 72% of respondents are satisfied or very satisfied with the readability and understanding of the Eyes-Road offer
- More than nine tenths of respondents are satisfied or very satisfied with the responsiveness of technical support to respond to their request for intervention.
- 96% of respondents are satisfied or very satisfied with the reliability of the platform.
- 90% of respondents are satisfied or very satisfied with the platform's response time.
- 97% of respondents are satisfied or very satisfied with the technical expertise of stakeholders.
